TRUMPF LASER CUTTER

Our Trumpf Fiber cutting machine uses the state-of-the-art fiber technology in laser cutting, adding leading edge precision and accuracy. We specialize in cutting mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum, galvanized and galvaneal (satin coat). The laser cutter capably handles sheet sizes of up to 60" x 120", and sheet thicknesses from as thin as possible up to 1" thick. Thicker materials are also available by special order.

Our clients provide dxf files for cutting projects, or provide pdf drawings, which we use as a basis to create CAD drawings. Dxf is preferable for quick quoting and maximum turn-around times. We generally offer same-day quoting, and short production turn arounds—one week or less, with some variation dependent on project size.

Our Trumpf Press brake adds advanced precision and accuracy, giving you the perfect edge every time.

We're equipped to bend up to 1" thick mild steel, and can bend parts at speeds of up to 1000 bends per hour. While we're geared for full production runs, we also do small bending runs. Most jobs have minimal turn-around time.

CNC MACHINING

When your order requires machining, Eco-Fab can provide CNC work as part of our full suite of metal services.

CUSTOM WELDING

Eco-Fab offers production MIG welding services, and we weld both mild steel and stainless steel.

METAL ROLLING

Our equipment includes a 48" sheet metal roller for roll-forming sheet metal, and we offer custom roll forming.
